Energy Performance Certificate
QUALIFIED AND HIGHLY TRAINED
What is an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document which grades a property’s energy efficiency from A to G. They help homeowners to be more proactive with their energy efficiency measures to help save our planet from harmful carbon emissions. An EPC contains information about energy costs and efficiency as well as recommendations on how to save energy and money.
Who needs an EPC?
If you are building, renting or selling a property, an EPC is a legal requirement (and has been for over 10 years). Whether yours is a lofty Victorian property or a compact new-build apartment, make sure it has an EPC.
How do I get an EPC?
The certificate is valid for 10 years and you can enjoy peace of mind that comes with ticking that niggling job off your list.
That’s where Clerkbook Property Group comes in. After one quick call, one of our friendly and experienced EPC assessors will arrange to visit your property to carry out a thorough inspection and grade your property from A (most efficient or in the super league of energy efficiency) to G (least efficient – would benefit from some energy efficiency measures). We have many local assessors who cover London and its surrounding regions. They are fully accredited and will provide a friendly and professional service in order to process your EPC efficiently.
